All products are covered under Australian warranty for hardware failure, usually between 12 and 24 months from date of purchase. You must be the original owner and able to provide proof of purchase (credit card receipt is fine) and provide at least two photos of your scooter, one of the damaged part and one of the complete product. Damage due to misuse, abuse, prolonged sun exposure/ stored in sunlight, modification, and regular wear and tear is excluded. Warranty does not cover wheels or bearings, chips, scratches, chunking, flat spots, bending, snapping, cracking or other damage of parts that is a result of normal use. NOTE that ‘self-repairs’ prior to a warranty claim void this warranty, and claims will be assessed at our discretion. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, at no cost to the customer. Globber Australia reserves the right to deny any warranty claim and will never issue credit or a cash refund.

PRIMO FOLDABLE PLUS LIGHTS has a patented steering lock system exclusive to Globber: The front wheels of the 3-wheel scooter with lights are fixed in a vertical to-and-fro movement, allowing your child to practice balance and gain confidence. Once they’re ready to ride, simply release the steering lock button so they can start turning the wheel and burning the track!
