All products are covered under Australian warranty for hardware failure, usually between 12 and 24 months from date of purchase. Trike Raincover for 6 months from date of purchase. You must be the original owner and able to provide proof of purchase (credit card receipt is fine) and provide at least two photos of your scooter, one of the damaged part and one of the complete product. Damage due to misuse, abuse, prolonged sun exposure/ stored in sunlight, modification, and regular wear and tear is excluded. Warranty does not cover wheels or bearings, chips, scratches, chunking, flat spots, bending, snapping, cracking or other damage of parts that is a result of normal use. NOTE that ‘self-repairs’ prior to a warranty claim void this warranty, and claims will be assessed at our discretion. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, at no cost to the customer. Globber Australia reserves the right to deny any warranty claim and will never issue credit or a cash refund.

It has high-quality and high-rebound 121mm PU-casted front wheels, mounted on ABEC 9 bearings, and a 80mm rear PU-casted wheel to create smooth rides.
Patented Steering Lock System
GO•UP ACTIVE ECOLOGIC is equipped with a Globber-patented steering lock system that locks the front scooter wheels to only move forward and backward, for kids to gain confidence to scoot while practicing balance skills. To go full-on scooting mode and enable lean-to-steer riding, simply release the steering lock button found on the base of the 3-wheel folding scooter deck!
