Please be advised that Globber Australia suggests placing orders by the following dates to ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched via Australia Post, for delivery by Christmas:
Orders placed after the above deadlines are not guaranteed to make 25 Dec timing; and once products leave our warehouse we are unable to impact any fast tracking or changing of address with Australia Post. It is not uncommon for Australia Post to experience demand challenges on their delivery service during this time, so we strongly suggest you double check Australia Post estimated delivery times from our warehouse postcode 3194 to your postcode – this is especially valid for regional customers.
Our office will be closed after Friday 20 Dec , and will re-open on Thursday 2 January 2025. Your orders will continue to be processed during this time, and will be dispatched by our warehouse team in the order they are received. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO FAST TRACK OR MANIPULATE DELIVERY TIMES. Please note – our staff do not work on public holidays. Due to the 28/29 December weekend and many public holidays at this time, delivery timelines will be impacted.
Our Returns Department will re-open on Monday 6 January: returns will be processed and refunded in the order in which we received them. Refunds will be processed back via the payment method. Please see HERE for further detail on returns.
