All products are covered under Australian warranty for hardware failure, usually between 12 and 24 months from date of purchase. You must be the original owner and able to provide proof of purchase (credit card receipt is fine) and provide at least two photos of your scooter, one of the damaged part and one of the complete product. Damage due to misuse, abuse, prolonged sun exposure/ stored in sunlight, modification, and regular wear and tear is excluded. Warranty does not cover wheels or bearings, chips, scratches, chunking, flat spots, bending, snapping, cracking or other damage of parts that is a result of normal use. NOTE that ‘self-repairs’ prior to a warranty claim void this warranty, and claims will be assessed at our discretion. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, at no cost to the customer. Globber Australia reserves the right to deny any warranty claim and will never issue credit or a cash refund.

Steer, guide, and turn with 360° parent control! Easy to install and built for full 360° manoeuvrability, STEER 360° is a rear wheel module designed to upgrade GO•UP rides with smooth parent steering. This module fits only GO•UP models that have an insertion hole under the deck. Before ordering or installing, check the underside of your deck for that insertion point (a dedicated hole/slot for the module). If your deck does not have this insertion point, the module cannot be installed.
