All products are covered under Australian warranty for hardware failure, usually between 12 and 24 months from date of purchase. You must be the original owner and able to provide proof of purchase (credit card receipt is fine) and provide at least two photos of your scooter, one of the damaged part and one of the complete product. Damage due to misuse, abuse, prolonged sun exposure/ stored in sunlight, modification, and regular wear and tear is excluded. Warranty does not cover wheels or bearings, chips, scratches, chunking, flat spots, bending, snapping, cracking or other damage of parts that is a result of normal use. NOTE that ‘self-repairs’ prior to a warranty claim void this warranty, and claims will be assessed at our discretion. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, at no cost to the customer. Globber Australia reserves the right to deny any warranty claim and will never issue credit or a cash refund.

GO SKATES LIGHTS are built with an innovative speed-safe mechanism—a middle wheel velocity system that’s easily adjustable and completely tool-free. Simply turn the knob to increase the resistance of the two middle wheels. This helps limit speed and gives young skaters more control and stability as they learn at their own pace, providing safe, confidence-building practice sessions.
Once they're ready, simply decrease the resistance for the full skating experience without any limitations. With GO SKATES LIGHTS, skating has never been so secure and fun. Go fast or take it slow—it’s your skate show!
